(*) Please be advised that Oasis Beauty Day Spa and Skincare Clinic has a 48h cancellation policy. Failure to cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the value of your appointment.

(*) For no-show appointments, the full treatment fee will be charged.

(*) Any payments made for treatments in advance, including deposit payments, are strictly non-refundable and only credits are offered where bookings are cancelled within the allowed timeframe.

(*) According to our Cancellation Policy, treatments booked with gift vouchers can be rescheduled 48h in advance. Otherwise the gift voucher will be automatically cancelled.

(*) For clients who have a course of treatments, if we are not notified at least 48 hours in advance of cancellation, course session will be automatically deducted from your course balance.

(*) Unfortunately, we cannot take any personal circumstances into account, we have one policy for all clients and will not make any exceptions on this.

(*) In case of the cancellation before 48h of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be kept for your another appointment to be booked in the future.

(*) Please be also aware that late arrivals will be charged the full amount for their scheduled appointments time. Our busy therapists have an obligation to start the next appointment on time.
