What is nail fungal infection

Fungal infection, called onychomycosis, can appear either of the toenail or fingernail. The most common symptom of a fungal nail infection is the nail becoming thickened and discoloured (white, black, yellow or green). As the infection progresses, the nail can become brittle, with pieces breaking off or coming away from the toe or finger completely.

How does laser fungal nail removal treatment work

Now you can treat nail fungal infection with Mediostar Next™ laser - fast, pain free and effective!

The dry heat of the laser kills and inhibits the nail fungus growth and spread. The depth of the laser penetrates the nail to the skin, attracting the fungus and destroying it.

3 – 6 sessions are required, once every 3 – 4 weeks to ensure results achieved. The number of sessions needed depends on how long the infection has been present and the severity.
